Opening of a new legal entity in the Republic of Uzbekistan for a Kazakhstani company in order to conduct activities in accordance with local legislation and obtain all necessary permits.
Main tasks
1. Registration of a legal entity:
- Selection of name and form of ownership (LLP/JSC, etc.)
- Preparation and submission of statutory documents
- Interaction with government agencies before receiving a registration certificate
2. Post-registration actions:
- Obtaining of TIN, opening a bank account;
- Registration with the tax authorities;
- Inclusion of the company in official registers;
- Preparation of internal documents: orders, policies, and HR documentation.
3. Work permit for the manager:
- Preparation of a complete package of documents to obtain permission
- Translations, notarizations and submission to migration authorities
- Supporting the process until obtaining a work permit
Result:
The company has been successfully registered and is actively operating in the Republic of Uzbekistan, carrying out operational and commercial activities in full compliance with local legislation.
