Abrau acted as a key partner of the State Assets Management Agency in the project to transfer to the private sector a large design institute that served industrial and chemical enterprises of the country.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Analysis of financial condition, assets and market position
Due diligence in the following areas: financial, operational, legal, marketing, environmental
Building a financial model with a forecast of profitability and valuation<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Privatization assessment and strategy:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Determining the optimal method of sale (auction, competition, direct sale)
Valuation of intangible assets: project portfolio, competencies, IP
Development of an investment memorandum and transaction terms<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Marketing and deal organization:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

A marketing campaign with presentations and negotiations was conducted
The interest of both local and international investors has been ensured
A tender for the sale of a share was organized and held<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. Legal support:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Purchase and sale agreements and other documents have been prepared
All necessary procedures for the transfer of rights have been completed
