The main goal was to identify growth points and eliminate management barriers for the successful transfer of the asset to the private sector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>How to make an institute interesting for an investor<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Before entering the privatization market, it is important not only to evaluate the asset, but also to understand how it can be of interest to the private sector. Organizational analysis:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The existing management structure was studied<br>Weaknesses were identified and changes were proposed to improve efficiency.<br>Recommendations for restructuring and delineation of functions are given<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2. Financial and economic diagnostics:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A preliminary audit of key metrics was conducted: revenue, costs, debt<br>Operating profitability and debt load assessed<br>A financial profile has been prepared for potential investors<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3. Recommendations for effectiveness:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Optimization of expenses, staff numbers and processes is proposed<br>Measures have been developed to reduce costs and speed up approval cycles<br>A concept for a flexible operating model has been developed for the future owner<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>4.
