The work covered the entire transaction cycle - from diagnostics to the transfer of the asset to the new owner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Engineering heritage in private hands<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The project demonstrated the importance of an integrated approach to working with intellectual assets, engineering competencies and state property. Preliminary audit and assessment:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Analysis of financial condition and operating model<br>SWOT Analysis: Market Share, Competition, Product Line<br>Valuation of tangible and intangible assets<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2. Due Diligence and financial modeling:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>. Financial, operational, legal, environmental and marketing audits were conducted.<br>. A financial model has been developed taking into account the privatization scenario<br>. The obligations, risks and possible encumbrances are assessed<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3. Development of strategy and documentation:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The format of the deal has been determined: a competition with the participation of private investors<br>All legal documents (memorandum, agreements, conditions) have been prepared<br>Application evaluation criteria and calculation model have been developed<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>4.
