Establishment of a legal entity in Kazakhstan and post-registration support
Project goal
Opening a new legal entity in Kazakhstan to conduct Regula's activities in compliance with local legislation, including obtaining the necessary permits.
Main tasks
1. Registration of a legal entity:
- Selection of name and form of ownership (LLP/JSC, etc.)
- Preparation and submission of statutory documents
- Interaction with government agencies before receiving a registration certificate
2. Post-registration actions:
- Obtaining an IIN, opening a bank account
- Registration with tax authorities
- Entering the company into the registers (if necessary)
- Preparation of internal documents: orders, policies, personnel documentation
3. Work permit for the manager:
- Preparation of a complete package of documents to obtain permission
- Translations, notarizations and submission to migration authorities
- Supporting the process until obtaining a work permit
Status:
The contracting process and collection of primary documentation from the client is underway.
