Privatization of 61.6% state share in one of the capital's design institutes
Transfer of 61.6% state share to one of the leading design institutes of the capital
The Abrau team supported the preparatory stage of privatization of one of the oldest design institutes in the capital. The main goal was to identify growth points and eliminate management barriers for the successful transfer of the asset to the private sector.
