Abrau acted as an advisor to the State Asset Management Agency in the process of full privatization of the country's leading design institute. The work covered the entire transaction cycle - from diagnostics to the transfer of the asset to the new owner.

The project demonstrated the importance of an integrated approach to working with intellectual assets, engineering competencies and state property. Particular attention was paid to the transparency of the transaction and attracting high-quality investors.

Analysis of financial condition and operating model
SWOT Analysis: Market Share, Competition, Product Line
Valuation of tangible and intangible assets
2. Due Diligence and financial modeling:
. Financial, operational, legal, environmental and marketing audits were conducted.
. A financial model has been developed taking into account the privatization scenario
. The obligations, risks and possible encumbrances are assessed
3. Development of strategy and documentation:
The format of the deal has been determined: a competition with the participation of private investors
All legal documents (memorandum, agreements, conditions) have been prepared
Application evaluation criteria and calculation model have been developed
4. Organization of trades and support:
A marketing campaign was conducted among local and foreign investors
Meetings, presentations and negotiations were organized
Support provided until the asset is transferred and the transaction is legally closed
